ChatGPT adds device and card limits for paid accounts

OpenAI is limiting how many ChatGPT subscriptions can be linked to the same payment card or device. Exceeding the limits can prevent new subscriptions or use of an affected account on that device. According to OpenAI’s support page, the limits apply to ChatGPT Go, Plus, Pro 100, Pro 200, and Pro 500. Free, Business, Enterprise, and Edu accounts are excluded; logging out does not automatically free a device slot.

Zest brings restaurant recommendations and bookings to text

Zest has launched an AI restaurant concierge that brings personalized recommendations into text conversations. Users can vote on options in group chats and book through OpenTable, Resy, or SevenRooms. Zest uses users’ credit-card transaction data for food and drink to personalize suggestions. The company says it limits its use to those categories; TechCrunch’s test found that suggestions matched several stated constraints.
